Leon’s first day as an R.P.D. officer became a fight for survival when the t-Virus consumed the city. After escaping with Claire Redfield and Sherry Birkin, Leon was coerced into federal service when officials used Sherry’s safety as leverage.

Leon was assigned to investigate drug lord Javier Hidalgo alongside Major Jack Krauser. They discovered Javier’s connection to the t-Veronica virus and rescued his infected daughter, Manuela. Krauser’s injuries and growing interest in biological power ultimately drove him toward betrayal.

LOS ILUMINADOS INCIDENT

Leon was sent to rescue Ashley Graham after her abduction by Los Iluminados. Although infected with Las Plagas, he continued protecting Ashley, removed both of their parasites, and prevented Osmund Saddler from using her to infiltrate the United States government.

HARVARDVILLE AIRPORT INCIDENT
2005 · Harvardville
Leon responded to a t-Virus outbreak at Harvardville Airport, where he reunited with Claire Redfield and rescued civilians trapped inside the terminal. The investigation exposed a conspiracy involving WilPharma and former soldier Curtis Miller.

WHITE HOUSE OUTBREAK AND PENAMSTAN CONSPIRACY
2006 · Washington, D.C. and Shanghai
A security breach and outbreak inside the White House led Leon to a classified biological weapons program connected to the Penamstan civil war. He uncovered Secretary Wilson’s involvement and prevented Jason from exposing the conspiracy through an act of mass destruction.

EASTERN SLAV REPUBLIC INCIDENT

Leon entered the country to investigate the use of bio-organic weapons during its civil war. Despite being ordered to withdraw, he remained and discovered that Las Plagas-controlled Lickers were being deployed against government forces.

TALL OAKS AND LANSHIANG BIOTERROR ATTACKS
2013 · Tall Oaks and Lanshiang
A C-virus attack infected President Adam Benford before he could reveal the truth about Raccoon City, forcing Leon to kill him. Framed for the president’s death, Leon and Helena Harper pursued the conspiracy to Lanshiang and exposed Derek Simmons as its architect.

NEW YORK BIOTERROR ATTACK

Leon joined Chris Redfield and Rebecca Chambers to stop Glenn Arias from releasing the A-Virus across New York City. Although exhausted and disillusioned by his years of service, Leon helped prevent the planned mass infection.

Leon’s search for the kidnapped Dr. Antonio Taylor led him to an outbreak connected to Alcatraz Island. Reunited with Chris, Claire, Jill, and Rebecca, he helped stop Dylan Blake’s plan to infect the public with an advanced strain of the t-Virus.
